Spring is Here!

Daddy's little helper

I think Spring is finally here and hopefully it's going to stay for awhile. The snow is melted and Charlie even hooked up the hoses outside for cleaning the cars. Aniela of course has to be in on all the action and was such a good little helper scrubbing daddy's car! It's so fun seeing how much shes grown since last summer. Charlie even got the mower out on Friday and gave the grass a cut and rake to thin it out a little. It was so mated down from all the snow! It'll be green before we know it!

On Saturday we headed down to Edmonton with Charlie. He had a conference to attend over the weekend and first part of the week. We couldn't resist an opportunity to hang out with our good friends Chelsea and Wyatt. Plus on Saturday we got a couples night out and joined the guys at one of the conference dinners. It was a lobster dinner and if anyone knows Charlie they know he would never pass up lobster! It's always nice to get a little adult only time and a great meal! Not to mention no cooking or cleaning up on my part!
