Zofia has hit some big milestones lately. The first of which has been transitioning into a big girl bed. Aniela received a beautiful antique bed set from Granny and Grandpa so Zofia now has Aniela's old twin bed. Well old to Aniela and new to Zoe. She has done very well in it and has not ventured out to "party" in her room as we thought she would...well at least not yet (keeping our fingers crossed)! She loves it and proudly says, "Me big girl" each night she goes to bed.
The next big event that has happened recently is that Zofia is officially potty trained! She was the easiest one to train. I'm sure that has a lot to do with having older siblings around. She just wants to be a big girl and do what they do so when we decided to go for it, it only took her a week to get it down. She is also extremely independent and wants to do everything on her own so I think that helped excel the process. And since we do the cold turkey method of potty training we are officially diaper/pull-up free. We are happy that we won't be spending a fortune on diapers anymore or partaking in polluting the earth with them...god knows we have contributed heavily in that department!
I was also surprised at how sad I was this time around to reach these milestones. Zofia is our last baby we plan on having and it really hit me when we sold the crib and got rid of the diaper genie and changing pad that this stage is truly over for us!

We are so proud of our "baby" girl.....yet it is sad that the time is flying by so quickly! She is so special to us! Way to go Zoe!!!
Lots of love,
