It has been another pathetic winter. We have gotten a few days of snowfall only for it to melt soon after. The kids make the most out of it so when it snowed a bit last weekend you better believe they wanted to play outside. And play they did. They were out there for hours sledding and making snow castles with what little snow was on the ground. Of course it didn't last long and by the next day most of it had melted and all we've gotten since then has been rain. So disappointing. Maybe the mild winters go in 2 year cycles and next year will be better.

Somehow, looking at pictures of snow (and grandbabies) back home makes us feel really, really good.
Low tonight, in the Florida Keys, is going to be low 70s. Might need to pull up a sheet.
Only question, why wasn't Zofia out playing in the snow ... little person, little snow.
