Charlie is on a 2 week business trip, (more on that to follow), but in the mean time we are keeping busy with friends and family. My sister, Ela, and her family came into town this weekend and we decided to make it a big sleepover to help pass the time. We played hard....

...And worked hard too. On Saturday morning my dad needed help making Polish sausage for the following easter weekend. So Ela and I woke up first thing in the morning to get it done. It haa been awhile since I have made Polish sausage with my father. We had a great time with the whole process and lots of laughs too. More importantly for the kids could see how they are made. Theres never a dull moment with my father!
