It's been forever and a day ago that we have gone skiing. We finally dusted off the ski's and took the older kiddos to Snowstar, a small ski hill just an hour and a half away from Peoria. Zofia stayed with Babcia while Dziadek tagged along for the fun. I was a bit nervous being that the last time I ski'd was when we lived in Canada. But Charlie reassured me that it was just like remembering how to ride a bike and he was right. The kids did great as well and we were all skiing blues by the end of the day. I do love skiing and now that the kids are growing older Charlie and I are hoping to make ski outings a priority during the winter months.
