The temperatures have dropped, the leaves are turning the most beautiful colors, and the days are becoming shorter and shorter. Fall is
definitely here and it is one of my favorite seasons. To bad it's a short one up here. We have been preparing things around the house for the inevitable freezing temperatures just around the corner. Our garden is harvested, the hoses have been put away, we only have a few more weeks of mowing the grass, and our trips to the park are dwindling. Where did the summer go?

Gotta love fried green tomatoes. Ok, maybe I wouldn't ... but most people aren't as picky as I am.

Cold weather, well, it's cold here and the crippled lady is running our cast iron stove non-stop.
Gotta winterize the trailer. Don't know if I'll ever camp again.
