What Were We Thinking!!
My neighbor Diana and I decided to go for a quick 5K at 7 this morning. The cheezy picture I took of myself, since everyone was still asleep, says it all. It was -27 C (-17F) ...now thats cold!! Keep in mind the icicles clinging to any hair on my face instantly melted when I stepped into the warmth of our home! P.S.- Jen and Kim I hope you are enjoying Arizona running!!

Holy Cow Woman!! Are you *INSANE*?!! (Wait..don't answer that!) Kim and I are griping about running in the 35-40 degree temps out here--yikes!! Stay warm--we'd love to have you here for a few miles :-)
would love to be there!!! 35-40 and i would be wearing shorts:-) looks like my blood has thickened back up!! keep runnin mamas!!
