Charles preschool is learning all about airplanes. Today they got the chance to have a first hand look into the real thing at Mt. Hawley airport. They watched a propeller plane come in, take off and land. Then they got to climb into it and explore. The kids were also shown how a beacon is used to find the "black box" on a plane and even had a chance to fly in an airplane simulator. It was a fun morning and such an amazing opportunity to really understand how planes work!

Maybe the Easter Bunny will bring Charles an airplane ... a real one ... so he can fly south in the winter to visit Granny and Grandpa.
