Our Family December 2011
I still have to pinch myself when I think a whole year has passed already! We went over to our friends, The Smith's, for a fun New Years Eve Family Pot Luck. It was the perfect party with yummy food, great company and the kids had a blast running around playing. At 7 Candice and Derek even had a countdown to the New Year with a Balloon Drop. The kids loved it. Charlie and I loved it too since we can never seem to stay up till midnight anymore. It was nice to have a celebration to attend and one that the kids enjoyed too.
With the birth of Zofia and a busy summer landscaping we didn't go on a big family vacation but our year still had plenty of memories...
Highlights of 2011:
Reuniting with my girlfriends from grade school
Charles was potty trained
Zofia was born on May 11
We finished our landscaping
Aniela learned to swim
...and ride her bike without training wheels
Aniela started kindergarten
Camping at Jubilee
Charles started Preschool
and Charlie had a very successful hunting season!

Wow! What a year in highlights. Can't wait to see what 2012 brings.
Hopefully another year full of granny/grandpa time ... can't get enough hands-on time.
