We're back from our trip to Peoria and as anticipated I didn't get to update my blog during our time there. As everyone knows, when you travel back to see family it's definitely fun but busy times! During our weeks in Peoria we juggled between my family, Charlie's family, friends, Easter, birthday celebrations, and Charles Baptism. Each and every day was filled with activity and we didn't slow down...even when Aniela came down with croup, followed by strep! It's amazing how resilient kids are. She was a trooper in trying to keep up with her cousins.
We tried our best to visit all our good friends who were in town but unfortunately missed a few, I still don't know where the time goes. Aniela's health was also a priority to me so if we didn't catch you during this trip we'll see you next time were in town! Charles baptism was such a special occasion and we are blessed to have shared it with so many. Thanks to all our family who live out of town for taking time off to celebrate the event...it meant a lot to us.
We are slowly getting back to a routine and aside from some sniffles were all on the mend health wise. The good news is the snow up here in Fort McMurray is gone, now were ready for the summer!

Looks like you had a great time. Isn't it so fun being with everyone? I'm always sad to head home after a family trip.
I love the one of everyone sleeping on the plane. We were so exhausted too, but, of course, no napping on the plane for us!
