We were gone during the beginning of the week...and it's no surprise where...yep good 'ol Edmonton! It was only 2 weeks since we were last there. It's so hard not to tag along with Charlie when he has to drive down on business anyway. Especially since we have such great friends to spend the days with.
We had a great time and as always the kiddos had a blast playing, screaming, running, and getting into trouble. On Tuesday night we even decided to get a couples night and went to a great steak place in downtown Edmonton. With babysitter taken care of we had a night of much needed adult conversation, drinks, and amazing food. Coming home on Wednesday, I had to get a picture of the Canola fields that are seen in Alberta this time of year. This is something we definitely don't see in the Midwest and the yellow color is amazing.
