Charlie has been deer hunting a few times but with the warm temperatures earlier this month and the the trees still full of leaves he hasn't had any luck. Although he has brought home plenty of duck the last few weeks. A friend of his was lucky enough to win in a duck blind draw and so he gets the opportunity to go from time to time.
Take one duck breast ... cook it really, really rare (the rarer the better) ... take a piece of white bread (none of that whole wheat crap) ... fold the bread over the really rare duck breast.
Yum.
Nothing better in this world (as far as food goes).
